Commitment

SONNATI is committed to providing you with the best possible value and service. If you receive damaged or defective products, or for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, please let us know within 30 days after delivery and we will credit or replace these products per your request based on the condition of the return – see additional return information below.

Discounts

Bulk orders of single items will have a discount applied.

Minimum Orders

There is no minimum order.

Pricing

To provide you with competitive choices, we have categorized our products within different price ranges so you can order within the range that suits your customers.

Sample Ordering

If you prefer, we can send you samples so you can get a feel for our products before you purchase. To receive your products sooner, make a direct order. The sample products must be returned in perfect state within 15 days of receipt. We will not accept the return of dirty, damaged, washed products or products not in their original packaging. The return costs of the samples must be paid by the client (unless otherwise agreed).

Payments

Your first two orders will be shipped with a COD (Cash on Delivery) understanding or with full prepayment. Upon establishment of credit, terms are NET 60 days from the invoice date.

Returns

If an error occurs with your shipment or if you receive any defective or damaged products, please email us at Info@Sonnati.ca within 30 days after delivery, we will respond within 24 hrs. Depending on your location or circumstance, we will either arrange for a pickup or provide you with return authorization for you to return the defective products. The issued authorization must appear on the carton of your returned products and the product must be in the original packaging. We will notify you via e-mail of your credit amount once we have received and processed the returned item, and the amount indicated will be credited to your account. In most cases, refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 4 to 6 business days of receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by cheque, the refund will be issued by mail and may take longer.

If the return is result of our error, we’ll provide a full credit plus the shipping cost. However, if the return is not a result of our error, then the following rules apply in calculating credit amount:

  • Any package in original condition that is returned within 30 days after delivery: 100% of item’s price excluding shipping cost.
  • We do not accept any returns 30 days after delivery.

Refused Products

Orders refused by the buyer will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% and costs of labour.

Shipping & Delivery

From SONNATI plants, where products are handcrafted for the client, to the SONNATI shipping centre in Canada delivery may take up to 28 days. All of our products are handcrafted and made in small batches to provide customers with exclusive products. For urgent inventory requests, delivery time can be decreased.

Shipping from our shipping centre in Canada (Toronto) to customers is an additional cost. We use FedEx for our products to be delivered, however you can still ask us to change the courier service as per your convenience.

For customers in Europe and Africa the option is available to receive products from our shipping centre in France rather than going through our shipping centre in Canada. For more information, please contact our branches.
