Returns Policy

SONNATI offers free returns on all orders within Canada.

If for any reason you no longer want your SONNATI luxury products, you can receive a 100% refund within 30 days, no questions asked. NO RISK!!

SONNATI will gladly refund items within 30 days of purchase with an original invoice. Items must be in their original state; we will not accept the return of dirty, damaged, or washed products or products not in their original packaging.

All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment.

We are not able to provide assistance with international return shipping at this time. Although we are happy to accept a returned item that fits our returns policy, original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Exchanges Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature and demand for each product (each kilim product has its own unique order of patterns and colours).

If you need an exchange on an item, please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund on your original order.
